Terms & Conditions

1. Verification of Truck and Driver Documents:-
   • Before loading goods, you must physically verify truck and driver documents and cross-check them in the M Parivahan portal.
   • We are not responsible for any mismatches. Ensure accurate RC book details and chassis impressions before loading.
   • It is recommended to take photocopies of relevant documents, including RC book, insurance, permit papers, and driver's license.
2. Goods Booked at Owner's Risk:-
   • All goods are booked at the owner's risk. We do not assume liability for any loss, damage, or theft during transportation.
3. Insurance Responsibility:-
   • The consignor is responsible for insuring their goods to ensure safety during transit.
4. Correct Declaration of Contents:-
   • The consignor must provide accurate and truthful information regarding the contents of the goods.
5. Necessary Government Permits and Documents:-
   • Both the consignor and consignee are responsible for obtaining necessary government permits and documents where required.
6. Detainment, Seizure, or Confiscation by Authorities:-
   • We are not responsible if goods are detained, seized, or confiscated by government authorities for any reason.
7. Force Majeure:-
   • We are not liable for any losses arising due to circumstances beyond human control, including weather conditions, strikes, riots, disturbances, fire, explosions, accidents, etc.
8. Perishable Goods and Delays:-
   • We are not responsible for damage to perishable goods due to delays in transit under any circumstances.
9. Leakage and Breakage:-
   • We are not liable for leakages of liquids or breakage of fragile goods during transit.
10. Freight Payment Responsibility:- Both the consignor and consignee are responsible for payment of freight charges. Failure to pay may result in joint liability.
11. Disposal of Perishable Goods:- We reserve the right to dispose of perishable goods like fruits and vegetables if undelivered after 48 hours from receipt.
12. Non-Delivery Notification:- The consignee must notify us if goods are not delivered within 5 days of dispatch for prompt action.
13. Responsibility upon Delivery:- Our responsibility ceases immediately upon successful delivery of goods to the consignee.
14. Demurrage Charges:- Demurrage charges may be applied if trucks are held up at loading or unloading locations beyond agreed-upon timeframes. This aims to encourage timely loading and unloading processes.
15. Breakdown or Accident Notification:- In case of vehicle breakdown or accidents, please inform us by phone for proper settlement of lorry hire charges.
16. Detention Charges:- In case of vehicle detention at the destination, detention charges will be payable by the consignee as follows: - 10 Tyre Truck: Rs. 2000/- per day - 12 Tyre Truck: Rs. 2500/- per day - 14 Tyre Truck: Rs. 3000/- per day - 16 Tyre Truck: Rs. 3500/- per day - Driver Beta: Rs. 900/- per day
